At a Monday morning meeting last fall one of our designers was raising both hands like a teacher's pet dying to be called upon in class. When our founder, Chip McClosky finally relented, the designer jumped to his feet and asked, "what is DEGENERATE spelled backwards? After a few dozen incorrect guesses in the room, Chip told the designer, "I don't care what you put on the shirt you're thinking about, just promise to never bring up anything that requires thinking in our Monday morning meetings ever again." And that is the story of our Degnerate spelled backwards shirt.
