Refund policy
We offer a 30 day return window for apparel, starting from the date your item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, clothing must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns due to sizing issues are not accepted. Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.
To request a return, please contact us at acesandeightsbrand@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your clothing arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us immediately at acesandeightsbrand@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Non Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for worn items, washed items, items without original tags, or returns requested due to sizing issues.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your apparel order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, except sizing related issues. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.
